My Biggest complaint on this invite and others on the site is that you are only given small text boxes I love the way my invites came out, the purple color looks so rich. My biggest complaint is that i was given little text boxes to add everything i wanted to say which was cut short to fit into the boxes. I am not sure if it was a mistake but i received a ton of extra pieces which is nice if i had made any mistakes, I got like 20 extra rsvp cards and 20 extra vellum bands and 15 extra invites. As far as quality goes, if you order a free sample the quality is the same. September 15, 2012
JoyS2Be First, I need to state that customer service in this company is amazing! I approved my proofs with a horrible typo on one of the insert cards. This was totally my fault but the customer service department was overly generous in offering a substantial discount to have them reprinted! So nice! They were more than helpful!!!! Thank you! The product is not quite what I had hoped it would be but my fiancé thinks they are great so I am trying to dismiss my judgement as bride stress. I would not hesitate ordering from this site if you are a bride. It is not often that we get a break on anything wedding related. That said, it is just awesome to know a company in the wedding biz will have your back! May 17, 2012
