What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason your order is cancelled, you are responsible to pay for all work done PRIOR to
cancellation (i.e. photo scan, graphic design, etc.), the minimum charge is $35. If no work has
been done, your entire payment will be refunded.
Can I view my layout before placing my order?
An order must be placed before our designers start working on your layout.
Can I view my layout before you print my product?
Yes. You must approve your proof before we produce your order. The only exception is envelope labels & seals, for which a proof is not sent.
Why is full payment due when the order is placed?
We take full payment at the time of the order for a couple of reasons. First, it eliminates the need for back-end
accounting, keeping overhead costs down. Also, it lets us catch any payment problems before your products go into production.
Such problems only delay your product.
What is a style code? What does layout style mean?
A style code or layout style refers to both the size of your magnet and the design. The design includes background
colors or images, placement of your personal photo and contact information, and the calendar template. For example,
layout style C-015 refers to a "C" size (3.7" x 5.7") magnet with a specific design (in this case, a flag fading to
solid blue, with photo and information in the middle, and a calendar in 3 rows of 4 months).
What is the minimum quantity for an order?
For imprintable magnets, the minimum order is 250. For fridge pad calendars, the minimum is 50.
For memo boards, the minimum is 100. For CD desktop calendars, the minimum is 25. For all Quick-Ship products, the minimum is 100.
Do I have to order in multiples of 250?
For most imprintable magnets, orders need to be in multiples of 250.
"G" memo boards need to be in multiples of 100, with a minimum order of 100.
"FP" fridge pads can be in multiples of 10, with a minimum of 50.
"CD" desktop calendars can be in multiples of 25.
Quick-Ship items need to be ordered in multiples of 100.
Can I rush my order?
There is no guarantee of fulfilling rush orders. If you're ordering an imprintable product and need it in less than 2 weeks,
you can rush your proof for $25. A proof will only be rushed if we have a complete order. You can upgrade shipping at your cost.
Production time cannot be rushed.
There are rush options available on Quick-Ship products, provided the product is not backordered. Additional charges will apply.
When is my order complete?
Whether your order is placed via our website or a mailed/faxed order form, it will not be considered complete until we have
received all the required elements. After completion, the order will move to stock fulfillment or graphics for proof setup.
For Quick-Ship items (T, N, NSQ, S, MM) we need the style codes and quantity of the items you're ordering,
as well as complete payment. We will contact you if your credit card is declined.
For imprinted items we need:
1. The style code and quantity you want
2. All the text you want imprinted on your magnet
3. Any artwork (photos, logos, clipart) you want on your product
4. Complete payment (check or credit card, or purchase order if applicable)
