Are envelopes included with my product?
Envelopes are included with "T" Tear-Off Calendars.
Envelopes are NOT included with "NSQ" Notepads, "S" Sports Schedules, "S" Info Cards, or "MM" Mini Memo Boards,
but they will fit into a standard #10 envelope.
Custom-sized white envelopes are available for most imprintable magnets,
for 10¢ each. Order envelopes in multiples of 50.
To conform with postal regulations, insert the product into the envelope with magnetic side facing away from the address.

How thick is the magnet material?
The magnet material is 20 mil. Car door magnets have a 35 mil thickness.
How thick are the paper business cards?
Our business cards are printed on heavy 15 pt. postcard stock.

Can I order paper business cards with full-color on both sides?
Yes. For an additional $20, you can order paper business cards that are glossy and printed in full-color on front and back.
Our standard paper business cards are full-color glossy on the front with black & white stock imprint (matte finish) on the back.
Are the corners rounded on my product?
Our imprintable magnets (A, B, C, D, E, G, GC, J, M, R) have rounded corners.
Paper business cards (Z), Postcards (XML), House-Shaped Magnets (DHB) and Heart-Shaped Magnets (HRT) have square corners.
Laminated cards (MM, MMIK, S, SIK) have square corners at the top and rounded corners at the bottom.
The pages on Notepads (N, NA, NAU, NSQ), Tear-Off Calendars (RMT, T) and Fridge Pads (FP) have square corners.
How long will my car magnets last?
Our Car Magnets are manufactured to the highest industry standards.
Please follow the instructions included with your purchase and under normal conditions,
they can be expected to last 12 months. Extreme conditions such as high heat and exposure
to salt air may deteriorate the overall appearance of the product. Because actual use
conditions vary, MagnetStreet cannot guarantee the quality of the car door magnets beyond 3 months.
Can I order refill pages for my fridge pad calendars?
Yes. Refill pages are available at prices ranging from $2.60 for 50 to $2.20 for 1000.
Additional backers are available for $.60 each.

Will I need to assemble my fridge pad calendars?
No. While your fridge pad calendars will arrive unassembled, to ensure your clients and
prospects receive their calendar in top-notch condition,
insert the custom pages and the vinyl backer into the envelope separately -
do not assemble.
How do I mail my magnets?
To conform with postal regulations, insert the magnet into the envelope with magnetic side facing away from the address.
