Will I receive a proof before you print my product?
If you ordered products using the Design Studio and did not include any special design instructions, you will not receive an email proof for approval. You have already reviewed and approved your design as part of the design process.
For all other orders using the traditional imprint form, you will receive an email proof for approval. Generally, proofs will be emailed within 2-3 business days after your order is complete, unless specified otherwise in the product description.
Can I receive my proof via fax?
We can only send a faxed proof on orders placed using a paper order form. Request a faxed proof on your order form. However, we do recommend the emailed proof,
as it gives the most accurate display of your layout.
Can I receive my proof via email?
Yes. We'll send you a link to a PDF (.pdf) file, which you can view using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you do not already have the Reader, you can download it here
for free. Make sure you view your proof at actual size or 100%,
and print it out as well, to have the most accurate display of the layout.

How do I make changes to my proof?
You can reply to the emailed proof, call 800.438.3210, or fax to 630.653.5125 with any changes, or with your approval.
The fastest way is to simply "reply" to the same email address that sent you the proof.
You won't be able to make changes on the actual emailed proof, as it is a PDF (.pdf) file.
Our designers will make your requested changes and send you the revised proof.
Remember that if you used the Design Studio you will not receive a proof because you would have reviewed and approved it as part of the design process.
Are the colors on my proof exactly like my magnet or card?
Because of the different settings on computer monitors, and the difference between computer colors and 4-color
printed colors, the colors on your proof are not an exact representation of the colors to be printed on your magnet or card.
Can I talk to the designer?
Our team of Customer Relations Specialists will work with you on any changes or design questions, and communicate those to the designers for you.
Is there a charge to receive a proof?
If you used the traditional imprint form for personaliztion there is no additional charge for your proof.
We will correct errors and omissions without charge
if noted on your first proof. There may be a $25
charge for additional changes after that. Please
attempt to make all changes at one time. The $25
charge will also apply to a change of layout after
your proof has been created.
Remember that if you used the Design Studio you will not receive a proof because you would have reviewed and approved it as part of the design process.
