MagnetStreet's Order Process
- 1. Select Your Magnet
Choose from our vast selection of celebration magnet designs. Our layouts include birthday magnets, quinceañera magnets, anniversary magnets, family reunion magnets and class reunion magnets.
- 2. Place Your Order
Order online by clicking on the image to begin the order process. You may also order via fax or mail. click here for a printable
pdf order form. Please note that if your magnet design includes a personal photo,
there will be a $25 photo charge for faxed or mailed orders. Click

- 3. MagnetStreet Emails Proof
After your order is complete*, you will receive your color proof via email
within 3 business days. In the email
there will be a link to a PDF file that contains your proof. You can view your proof by simply
clicking on the link. For the most accurate display of the layout, make sure you view
your proof at actual size and print it out. If the product you are ordering requires more
time for the proof to be created, it will be stated in your order confirmation email.p
* Your order is considered complete and ready for the proof process when all photos and
artwork have been approved by our graphics department and we have received your payment.
- 4. Proof Revisions/ Approval
After you have received your proof, you must give us your approval for printing to continue. Please carefully check for
any errors before we print. MagnetStreet will not print until we have received approval on your proof.
- 5. MagnetStreet Prints Magnets
Production time is within 10 business days from the date of your proof approval. MagnetStreet cannot rush printing times.
- 6. MagnetStreet Ships Magnets
You will receive an email with UPS tracking info when
your product ships. Shipping via UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days. View a map of shipping
times to your location. You may upgrade shipping at an additional cost, but this only adjusts the transit time, not the proof or printing.
- 7. You receive your magnets!
Your magnets will arrive and you can share them with your friends and family.
Can I get a sample of your magnets?
Yes! We're happy to send you our FREE sample magnet package.

When can I expect my FREE sample package?
Your FREE celbration magnet package will be sent in 8 to 10 business days from the
time your request was submitted. Order your sample kit now!
Can I request specific samples in my FREE sample package?
You can request one specific sample in your FREE sample package. If you want a sample that we do not have in stock, we will try to enclose a design similar
to the one you have requested. Order your sample kit now!
Will I receive a proof before you print my magnets?
Yes, we require you to approve a proof before your magnets are printed. After your order is complete*, you will receive your color proof via email
within 3 business days. In the email

How soon can I receive my magnets?
Generally, you will receive a proof within within 3 business days. Your product will be shipped
within 10 business days after the date of your proof approval. UPS Ground shipping takes 1 to 5 business days.

Can I rush my order?
There is no guarantee of fulfilling rush orders. Please call our office at 800.788.8633 if you need one or more rush options.
We can rush your proof for a charge of $25. Your rushed proof will be sent the next business day from when your order is received.
You can also upgrade your shipping from UPS Ground to Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select.
These upgraded shipping options may be selected in the online ordering process.
Production time cannot be rushed.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us. You will be required to pay for all work completed until the time of cancellation (i.e. photo scan, proof design, etc.). Unless NO work has been done, the minimum charge is $35.
Do you ship to other countries?
At this time, we ship only to the United States and Canada.
