Do not downsample or compress resolution
Include a bleed of .125" on each side of the layout
Make sure colors are CMYK (no spot colors)
Select all fonts and "create outlines" or "text to curves." Or you can provide
all fonts in a zipped file.
If you want to compress your files:
Use WinZip or (MAC) right-click (cmnd-click) on the files, and select Archive; (PC) right-click on the files and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
The file extension will change to .zip
