Layout style code
A style code or layout style refers to both the size of your magnet
and the design. The design includes background colors or images, placement of photos
and contact information, and calendar template if applicable. For example, layout
style A-11413 refers to an "A" size magnet (3.5" x 4")
with a specific design
(in this case, a photo of a student, your contact information on the bottom in white, text area on right on green background).
Viewing your layout:
Our designers start working on your layout when we receive your complete order.
You will receive an emailed, color proof, though, which you will need to approve before we send your
order to print.
quantity minimums
Most custom magnets have a quantity minimum of 250 and are ordered in
multiples of 250. No exceptions can be made on custom products due to how our printing presses are set up.
payment policy
Upfront: MagnetStreet prefers to receive payment in full upfront,
but will bill colleges and universities when requested at the time of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and institution check.
Deferred: To receive deferred payment privilege, you will need a purchase
order number to complete your order over the phone or online. When mailing or faxing your order
to us via a MagnetStreet order form, include a copy of the purchase order
and a tax exempt certificate or tax exempt number. Payment terms are "due upon receipt of invoice".
a complete order
When we have received all the required elements, your order is considered
complete and is sent to our graphics department for proof setup.
Required Elements:
- Contact information for the person responsible for approving the proof.
- The style code and quantity you need
- All the text you want printed on your magnet
- Any artwork (photos, logos, or mascot) you want on your magnet
- Payment or purchase order information
- Shipping address for delivery of your magnets.

Note: MagnetStreet reserves the right to use all items produced
for promotional purposes, unless the customer indicates
otherwise in writing.
need to cancel your order?
If you need to cancel your order once you've submitted it, you are responsible
to pay for any work done prior to cancellation (photo scan, graphic design, etc.).
A minimum charge of $35 will be charged if work has begun.
If no work has been done, your entire payment will be refunded.
