Visit our Upload page and enter your contact information so that we can match your uploaded
files with your order or follow up with you to get your order. If
there's a problem with your file, we'll contact you. See our
Graphic Standards to make sure your artwork
is set up correctly. Please do not email your artwork; upload instead.
files sent by a third party
If your photographer or marketing department will be sending your files,
please provide them with our Graphic Standards.
Have them send the file(s) through our
Upload pages under your name.
If we should contact them directly regarding any problems with the file(s),
they should make note of that in the comments section, and provide
a phone number and email address.
confirmation that we received your files
You will receive a success message or failure message after you click on 'upload your file'.
A success means we have received your file, and we will check it for
quality. If your file is high quality, it will be usable on your
magnet and you will receive a proof within 3 business days. If your
file is low quality, it is not usable for your magnet and we will
contact you to discuss options.
