Please upload the largest photo you have as this will produce the highest quality image. If your file upload fails, see Troubleshooting.

resolution

Make sure your resolution is at least 300dpi. Graphics from your website have a standard resolution of 72dpi, and are not designed for printing purposes due to their low resolution. Using them on your magnets would result in a fuzzy, pixilated image when printed, even though they may look fine on a computer screen. This is true also of any .gif or .bmp files. Refer to our Graphic Standards with questions.

quality

MagnetStreet has very high graphic standards because we want you to be pleased with your final product. For this reason, a photo that you used with another company may not be acceptable. Our graphics department checks the quality of every file you send, and we let you know if it is suitable for printing. Please keep in mind that we cannot assume responsibility for the quality or color of photos, logos, or mascots that are submitted electronically or sent on CD. Often the color tones are distorted or appear different on your screen. For the highest quality image with industry-standard color accuracy, mail us an actual photo to be scanned on our high-quality drum scanner.
