Orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Illinois, which takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. View a map of shipping times for details on shipping to your location. You have the option to upgrade shipping at an additional cost, which adjusts UPS transit time, not MagnetStreet's process or production.

Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of the product and the total number of boxes in your shipment. When you place your order online you will find multiple shipping options available in addition to MagnetStreet's standard service (UPS Ground). Orders from Alaska and Hawaii incur additional charges which will be reflected in your order.

After your order is shipped, we will email you a notification of your shipment with tracking information. Once you receive this email, you can also track your order using your order number.
