Things to check before you call:

File format
It could be that your file is an unacceptable file type. See Graphic Standards for the file types we can accept.

Internet connection
It could be that your connection timed out or your internet service provider has a file size limit. If your file is too large, compress it to reduce the file size. After you compress your file, try to send it again.
