If for any reason your order is cancelled, you are responsible to pay for all work done PRIOR to
cancellation (i.e. photo scan, graphic design, etc.). The minimum charge is $35. If no work has
been done, your entire payment will be refunded.
Can I view my layout before placing my order?
No. An order must be placed before our designers can start working on your layout.
Can I view my layout before you print my product?
Yes. You will receive a proof via email within 2-3 business days and must approve your proof before we print your order.
What is a style code? What does layout style mean?
A style code or layout style refers to both the size of your magnet and the design.
The design includes background colors or images, placement of your personal photo and
contact information, and the calendar template. For example, layout style C-432 refers
to a "C" size (3.7" x 5.7") magnet with a specific design (in this case, a box of crayons,
with school information in the middle, and a calendar in 3 rows of 4 months).
What is the minimum quantity for an order?
For imprintable magnets, the minimum order is 250.
For memo boards and quick-ship items, the minimum is 100.
Do I have to order in multiples of 250?
Most of the time, no. Except for our book-shaped magnets, all products are available to order in multiples of 50
after the minimum quantity has been met.
Can I rush my order?
If you need an imprintable product in less time, you may rush your proof for an
additional $25 (only if we have your complete order). You may also
upgrade your shipping for an additional charge (no shipments are made on major holidays). Production time, unfortunately, cannot be rushed.
Whether your order is placed on our website or via fax/US mail, it is considered complete when we have
received all the required elements. After we have received all of the required elements, your order will move to
graphics for proof setup.
For imprinted items the required elements are:
1. The style code and quantity you want
2. The text you want printed on your magnet
3. Artwork (photos, logos, clipart) you want printed on your magnet
4. Complete payment (check or credit card) or purchase order
