graphic specifications.
Please note that a "Custom Design for You" fee may apply if it does not follow these specifications.

Can the clipart be changed?
Yes. We keep a collection of thousands of clip art files for you to use on your products.
Check them out in the Browse Artwork section.
Generally, yes. It's helpful for our designers if you select a color from another product in our catalog
or on our website as a reference. For the closest match, provide CMYK color values. If you need an exact CMYK
match, we recommend that you order a printers proof ($25 charge).
Can you match a Pantone PMS color number?
Our products are printed on a 4-color process CMYK press. Therefore, we will convert any Pantone PMS
color values to their Pantone CMYK equivalents before printing, and we cannot guarantee an exact color match.
For the closest match, provide CMYK color values. If you need an exact CMYK match,
we recommend that you order a printers proof ($25 charge).
Can I put a different background on a design?
Generally, yes. If you want to design your own magnet or card, a $25 charge may apply.

Other options include submitting your own background photo or referring to the background on a product in the catalog
or on the website when you place your order.
I like the "C" magnet design. Can I have it on a bigger magnet?
All "C" (3.7" x 5.7") magnet designs can also be ordered in "D" size (4" x 7").
Can my magnet be printed in a different language?
Yes. You will need to provide us with either the exact text and spelling (for languages using the Roman alphabet,
i.e. French, Spanish) via upload, or a high-quality printed version that we can scan (for languages such as Chinese, Korean, etc.)
via fax or mail.
