Will I receive a proof before you print my product?
Yes, you will receive your proof within 3 business days after your order is
complete. We require you
to approve your proof before your custom magnets or cards are printed.
Can I receive my proof via fax?
Yes, but only if you placed your order via a paper order form and requested a faxed proof.
However, we strongly recommend an emailed proof,
as it gives the most accurate display of your layout and allows you to check for color and clarity.
Yes. We'll send you a link to a PDF (.pdf) file, which you can view using the
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you do not already have the Reader, you can
download it here
for free. Make sure you view your proof at actual size or 100%
and print it out to have the most accurate display of the layout.
When can I expect a proof?
Your proof will be emailed (or faxed if requested) within 3 business days.
For emailed proofs, if you have not received your proof in that time, check your spam mail folder.
How do I make changes to my proof?
To make changes or to approve your proof, simply reply to the emailed proof, call 800.438.3210, or fax your
changes/approval to 630.653.5125. If you request any changes, our designers will make your changes and send
you a revised proof.
Are the colors on my proof exactly like my magnet?
Because of the different settings on computer monitors, and the difference between computer colors and 4-color
printed colors, the colors on your proof are not an exact representation of the colors to be
printed on your magnet.
Can I talk to the designer?
Our team of Customer Service Specialists will work with
you on any changes or design questions, and communicate those to the designers for you.
Is there a charge to receive a proof?
No. There is no additional charge for your proof.
We will correct errors and omissions without charge
if noted on your first proof. There will be a $25
charge for additional changes after that. Please
attempt to make all changes at one time. The $25
charge will also apply to a change of layout after
your proof has been created.
