What determines the shipping cost?
If you submit your order online, your shipping charges are waived when you enter promotional code SHIPFREESCHOOL (48 contiguous state only).
For orders submitted via fax, phone or US mail, your shipping cost is based on published UPS rates. These rates
are determined by the weight of your product, the number of boxes in your shipment and your zip code.
Yes. After your order has shipped, you can track it using
your order number.
We will also email you a notification of your shipment with tracking
information when your product has shipped.
How do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are now shipped via UPS Ground. Additional charges will apply and
will be reflected in your order.
Can I upgrade shipping?

addition to MagnetStreet's standard service (UPS Ground). No shipments are made on major holidays.
Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Additional charges will apply and
will be reflected in your order. Approximate time in transit will be 5 to 7 business days.
