  • How do I send my artwork?

    Visit our Upload Your Artwork section. Enter your contact information so that we can match your uploaded files with your order or follow-up with you to get your order or clarification if needed.

  • Do you have company logos on file (for sponsors)?

    We have many company logos on file. Check them out in the Browse Artwork section to see if we have the one you're looking for. If not, you can mail a high-quality version of the logo for scanning, or send it to us here.

    Can I use my own logo/mascot on my product?

    Yes. Send your file through our website. See our Graphic Standards to make sure your artwork is set up correctly, OR send us a hard copy to be scanned.

  • Can I upload files of any size to the website?

    Yes, you may upload files of any size to our website. If you have problems, it could be due to an unacceptable file type (see our graphic standards), your internet connection "timed-out", or your internet service provider has a limit on size of files it will handle. If your file is large, you can try compressing the file to reduce the file size. After you compress your file, try to send it again.

  • My file wouldn't upload, why not?

    Can I email my photo, logo or artwork?

    No. Because of the high volume of files that we receive, we ask that you send photos or logos to us via our website instead of emailing them. This allows us to match your artwork with your order, and to follow up with you if any clarification is needed.

  • Can someone else send my artwork?

    Yes. Your photographer, artist, or assistant can upload your artwork for you. Please provide them with our graphic specifications. Have them send the file(s) to our website under your name. If you would like us to contact them regarding problems with the file, make note of that in the comments section, and provide a phone number and email address.

  • How do I know if you received my upload?

    You will see a "received for review" or "upload failed" message after you upload your file. The former means that we have received your file, and it is in the process of being checked for quality. If your file is high-quality, it will be usable on your magnet and you will receive a proof within 2-3 business days. If your file is low-quality or is unusable for any other reason for your magnet, we will contact you to discuss options.

    Can you pull my photo or logo from my website?

    No. Web graphics, due to their low resolution, are not designed for printing purposes. A web image will result in a fuzzy, pixilated image when printed even though they may look fine on a computer screen. This is true of any .gif or .bmp file. Refer to our Graphic Standards if you have questions.

  • Why do you want me to mail an original photo?

    We cannot assume responsibility for the quality or color of photos or logos that are submitted electronically, or sent on CD. If you mail an actual photo, we will scan it on our high-quality drum scanner and guarantee an industry match to your original.

  • Where should I mail my photo?

    Please be sure to write your name and order number on the back of your photo either with a felt tipped pen (ball point pens leave marks) or attach a post-it note. If you need your photo returned, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your photo.

    Yes. Just include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your photo and we will return it to you.

    I have used this photo with another company. Will you accept it?

    Not necessarily. We have very high graphic standards because we want you to be pleased with your product. When you submit a photo or logo, our graphics department will check the quality and let you know if there are any problems or concerns.

  • Can you crop my photo so it is cut out from the background?

    Generally, yes. Certain hairstyles, however, are not well-suited for silhouette style cut-outs. Smooth hairlines work the best. There is a one-time $25 setup fee for a silhouette-style photo.
