How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Illinois, which takes 1 to 5 days, depending on your location.
View a map of shipping times for details on shipping to your location. You have the option to upgrade shipping at an additional
cost, but this only adjusts the transit time, not processing or production. Be aware that no shipments are made on major
holidays.
What determines the shipping cost?
Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of the product and the total number of boxes in your shipment.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After your order has shipped, you can track it using your order number.
We will also email you a notification of your shipment, with tracking information, when your product has shipped.
How do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are now shipped via UPS Ground. Additional charges will apply; these will be reflected in your order.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Yes. When you place your order you will find multiple shipping options available in addition to MagnetStreet's standard service (UPS Ground).

How do you ship to Canada?
Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Additional charges will apply; these will be reflected in your order. Approximate time in transit will be 5 to 7 business days.

To conform with postal regulations, insert product with magnetic side facing away from address.
