- What determines the price of my product?
The price of your product and the shipping cost is determined by the size and quantity of
your order. Click here for a chart that shows regular pricing.
Discounted pricing may be available at specific times of the year, or for specific
products. Click on products within the website to see the current price.
- Are there any additional fees?
Your photo scan is a one-time fee of $25 (per photo). There are optional upgrades available if you choose:
A silhouette-style photo (one-time fee of $25)
Full-color, glossy backside imprint on your business cards ($100)
A "design your own" imprintable magnet or card ($25)
- Can I get better pricing by placing a group order?
In most cases, yes. You can combine different quick-ship products, and order as a group,
to determine your total quantity pricing. Click here

- What taxes are charged for Canadian customers?
You will be charged 6% GST on the product cost and shipping.
- Will I be charged additional border fees or duties at the Canadian border?
No. Our agreement with UPS allows shipments to travel from our plant in Illinois to Canada
without incurring additional charges. MagnetStreet is not responsible for any
provincial tax (PST) incurred with international shipments.
- Are Canadian customers charged in US Dollars?
Yes. We are a US company, and all customers are charged in US Dollars.
As a convenience to our Canadian customers, we provide estimates of Canadian exchange rates.
These estimates are updated daily, but may vary from the actual rate used at the time
of your credit card settlement. View estimates by clicking on any product on our website,
then on the Canadian flag icon.
