I forgot my password. How do I find out what it is?
We do not keep your password stored, so you will need to set a new one for your account. Click on 'Sign In' and then 'Forget your password?' A temporary password will be emailed to you. After you sign in with the temporary password, create a new password for your personal privacy.
Can I change my password?
Yes. Click on 'Sign in' and then on 'Change Password'.
Can I change my email address login?
No. If you have closed the email address that you used when you registered, please call 800.788.0611 so that your correct email address is properly associated with your order.
Why isn't my login email address working?
Have you registered for an account? If so, make sure you have entered your email address the EXACT way you did when you registered. If you haven't registered yet, simply click on 'Create Account' and follow the instructions. If you are still having trouble, call 800.788.0611 and we'll be glad to help.
Can you set up my account for me?
No. For your personal privacy, we are unable to set up an account for you.
If I am already a MagnetStreet customer, why do I need to create a new account?
The My Account section of our website is a new feature, and does not recognize you until you create an online account. Registering will allow you to view past orders, track current orders, and save or change addresses for future purchases. To register click on the "Create Account" link. If you experience any problems once you are signed into your account (i.e. unable to view your previous orders), please give us a call at 800.788.0611 and we'll be glad to help.
I've entered the correct login email address and password. Why am I still having trouble logging in?

Can I register a second time if I can't get my first account to work?
We don't recommend it. Your order history may not be complete, and it could cause problems the next time you want to order. If you are having trouble signing into your account, call 800.788.0611 and we'll be glad to help.
How do I register?
Click on 'Create Account' and follow the instructions. Double check the spelling and accuracy of your email address because once it is entered, it cannot be changed. It's also a good idea to use an email address that you're planning on keeping for awhile to ensure no difficulties when ordering in the future.
Why can't I see my order history?
Your order history will be pulled into your account once you have placed an order subsequent to registering. You will be able to view order number, date ordered, items ordered and total cost.
