Resetting your shopping session

If you are encountering one of the following issues you may need to reset your shopping session:
  • - Failed to get the requested document.
  • - Shopping cart is not correctly displaying products.
  • - Page is not loading completely.

There are several reasons why MagnetStreet's website may not be functioning correctly for you. In most cases a session can become corrupted and needs to be reset.

When you reset your shopping session it will clear out all of your work as though you are visiting the site for the first time. This means you will lose any products you designed and currently have in your shopping cart. It will also clean out your recently viewed list. However it will not erase any information stored on other sites you may have visited.

If you feel comfortable resetting your shopping session use the link below to start the process. We also suggest you report your shopping session problem, to help us reduce shopping problems.

I am getting a script timeout error. What should I do?

This happens if JavaScript runs too long without the page getting reloaded. The browser will prompt the user if they want to stop the script. This varies based on Internet Explorer version and the type of machine you are using.

In most cases it is a browser issue that our site does not have control over. Try closing the browser and trying again.

Please help us in documenting these issues by emailing or calling our customer representatives. Knowing what browser version and machine type can help us better pinpoint where leaks occur.

How do I know what browser version or machine type I am using?

In general you can look under the "Help" menu of the browser window and find an "About" option.
Internet Explorer example:
  1. In the "Help" menu select "About Internet Explorer"
  2. In the pop up look for "Version".
If you are using a machine with Microsoft Windows you can follow these steps to find out what operating system (OS) or type of machine you are using.
  1. Click on the "Start" button or Windows icon
  2. In the "Start Search" text box type "winver".
If you are on an older machine click on "Run..." and type "winver" in the pop up.
  3. In the pop up look for "Version".
