1. Find a Design
Choose from our vast selection of wedding designs and products.

2. Personalize
If you order online, use the Personalize button to add your personal information and make changes to the design. If there are additional changes that you would like our designers to make, please specify this in the Additional Notes for the Designer section.
You may also order via fax, mail, or phone. Click here for a printable pdf order form.

3. Proof and Approve
If you ordered products using the online Design Studio and did not include any special design instructions, you will not receive an email proof for approval. You have already reviewed and approved your design as part of the design process. If you added special design instructions, our designers will make the changes you requested, and in most cases email you a proof for approval. If you want to make sure you receive a proof in this instance, please request one in the notes for designer section of your order.

For all other orders using the traditional order form, you will receive an email proof for approval after your order is complete. Proofs will be emailed within 3 business days business days, unless specified otherwise in the product description and/or your order confirmation email. In the email there will be a link to a PDF file; this is your proof. You can view your proof by simply clicking on the link. For the most accurate display of the layout, make sure you view your proof at actual size and print it out.

After you have reviewed your proof, you must give us your approval for printing to begin. Please carefully check for any errors before sending your approval. MagnetStreet will not send your order to print until we have received your final approval.

4. Complete Order
If you used the Design Studio to personalize your product, your order is complete when we receive your payment.

If you used the order form to personalize your product: your order is considered complete and ready for the proof process when all photos and artwork have been approved by our graphics department and we have received your payment.

5. Product Goes to Print
Production time is 7 business days from the date of your proof approval for individual products. MagnetStreet cannot rush printing times. Click here for information on invitation and reception packages.

6. Shipment of Product
You will receive an email with UPS tracking info when your product ships. Shipping via UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days. View a map of shipping times to your location. You may upgrade shipping at an additional cost, but this only adjusts the shipping time, not the proof or printing time. Be aware that no shipments are made on major holidays.

7. Arrival
After your magnets or cards arrive, you can share them with your friends and family! Tell us what you think, too!

How soon can I receive my order?
Your product will be shipped within 7 business days after the date of your proof/design approval (no shipments are made on major holidays). UPS Ground shipping takes 1 to 5 business days. Can I rush my order?
There is no guarantee of fulfilling rush orders. Please call our office at 800.788.0611 if you need one or more rush options. We can rush your proof for a charge of $25. Your rushed proof will be sent the next business day from when your order is received. You can also upgrade your shipping from UPS Ground to Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select (be aware that no shipments are made on major holidays). These upgraded shipping options may be selected in the online ordering process. Production time cannot be rushed. Click here for information on invitation and reception packages.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us. You will be required to pay for all work completed until the time of cancellation (i.e. photo scan, proof design, etc.). Unless NO work has been done, the minimum charge is $35. If you used the Design Studio, your order is final and cannot be cancelled. Click here for information on invitation and reception packages.

Do you ship to other countries?
At this time, we ship only to the United States and Canada.
