What is the minimum number of product I can order?
With the exception of invitation, reception packages and wedding favor notepads, the minimum number of any product that can be ordered is 50. "A" size (3.5" x 4") wedding magnets, "B" size (2" x 3.5") wedding
mini magnets, "HM" size (3.25" x 4.75") mini magnet carrier cards, "HA" size (3.5" x 5", folded) thank you note cards, "HRT" size (3.5" x 4") wedding heart-shaped magnets, "RW" size (2.25" x 5.875") photo booth magnets, "XE" (5" x 7") wedding postcards, and
"Y" size (3.5" x 4") wedding cards are available in increments of 50. "CT" size (3.5" x 5.5") wedding magnets are available in increments of 10. Click here for information on invitation and reception packages.
What is the charge to process my photo?
There is no additional fee to process your photo.
What is the charge to add or remove a photo?
To add a photo to a design where one isn't shown, or to remove a photo from a design where one is shown, the charge is $25.
Can I change the designs I see on the website?
Yes. Colors, standard text and the font can all be changed most of the time on an existing magnet or card design at no additional charge.
Any other design changes will incur a graphics fee. We will contact you to discuss this fee if it applies to your order. Please specify any changes you want in the "Additional Notes for Designer" section when ordering online.

What is the charge for printing some of my invitations and/or enclosure cards in a different language?
A $35 copy charge will apply. To figure your product cost, use the "per 25" piece price for the total
quantity you are ordering and add the $35 copy charge. This usually results in significant savings to you.
To take advantage of this savings, only one layout/design can be chosen.
You must provide us with either the exact text and spelling (for languages using
the Roman alphabet, i.e. French, Spanish), or a high-quality printed version that we can scan
(for languages such as Chinese, Korean, etc.). Call 800.788.0611 if you have questions.
What is the charge for printing different information on some of my enclosure cards and/or invitations?

Is there a charge to receive a proof?
No. There is no additional charge for your proof.
We will correct errors and omissions without charge
if noted on your first proof. There will be a $25
charge for additional changes after that. Please
attempt to make all changes at one time. The $25
charge ($50 for invitations) will also apply to a change of layout after
your proof has been created.
What is the postage cost to mail these products to my guests?
