How should I submit my photo?

How should I submit my photo?

You can upload your photo via our website or mail your photo. Please write your name on the back of your photo with either a felt tip marker (other pens make indentations that can be seen when printed) or by attaching a post-it note. If you use Design Studio, you can upload your photo when customizing your design.

What are the requirements for photos/artwork I submit

We recommend sending an original photo that has not been edited or resized in any way. We cannot assume responsibility for the quality or the color of the file(s) you send to us. When you submit a photo through our website, it must be at least 300 dpi at its desired printing size. If using a digital camera, your camera should be at least 3 mega pixels and set at the highest quality setting possible. (Please keep in mind that digital cameras and scanners often produce a red skin tone.) **NOTE: We will convert RGB images to CMYK: colors may shift in this process. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COLOR CHANGES WHEN CONVERTING TO CMYK. If you are mailing an original photo to us, please mail a wallet size photo (2.5" x 3.75") or larger. Read our graphic standards for more details.

Will my mailed photo be returned?

If you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope we will mail your photo back to you. Please include your name, phone number, and order number with your mailed photo by either writing it on the back of your photo with a felt tip pen (other pens make indentations that can be seen when printed) or by attaching a post-it note.

Can I personalize/customize my baby's birth announcements?

Absolutely! MagnetStreet Baby allows you to make changes to our online designs. You can change the colors, text, and fonts via the Design Studio or by including special design instructions for the designer. For an additional charge of $75, you can have our designers create a custom design just for you. You can describe what you would like in a text file or send a sketch or mock-up of what you want and either fax it or upload it. Please refer to our graphic standards for acceptable file types.

Can I submit a print-ready file I created?

Absolutely! Please refer to our graphic standards before you submit your file.
