You need to include fonts that you have used in your document. You can send us the font file (you must zip it to upload it) or you can outline the fonts in your document.
InDesign
1. From the file menu, under Edit select Select All
2. Under Type select Create Outlines
3. Under File select Save As... Change the name to Filename_outlines.indd and save.
You "Save as" in order to make changes to the original file. If you just "Save" and not
"Save As", you will not be able to make any text adjustments in the future!
Illustrator
1. From the file menu, under Select choose All
2. Under Type choose Create Outlines
3. Under File select Save As Change the name to Filename_outlines.ai and save.

Quark 6.0 (or lower)
Outlining fonts in quark is trickier, please follow directions carefully.
1. Use content tool to select text (you can only do this line by line)
2. Under Style tab and select TEXT TO BOX
3. Position & color text according to layout
