Here are just a few captivating images from Sonya and Janssen’s spring wedding ~ featured on The Brides Cafe. The softness, the colors, the textures, the sweet sophistication… stunning and I couldn’t help but want to share them with you all!
Awww.. the joy!
sigh… isn’t she lovely?
the hydrangeas, the cardigan, the bike… love it all!
Need inspiration for your wedding look? Just look around. From a trip to the art museum to the pattern on your grandmother’s china to the colors on a pretty bird… it’s everywhere!
But, it’s also good to know there are plenty of great helps around the world wide web to help with creating that perfect wedding look. For instance, Jaime from It’s a Jaime Thing guest- blogged over at OneWed’s blog,Savvy Scoop{breathe} about using paint colors in tandem with Polyvore to create a stylish wedding palette. {Polyvore is an interactive site where you can create your own inspiration board by importing and exploring your fav products} It’s fun. Here’s my attempt at a French Country look…
I also found this at Polyvore … a very fun and eclectic board~ incorporating our Photo Booth {Made for Each Other } STD magnet. cool.
Now, if you don’t want to create your own board, head toward The Perfect Palette …a blog dedicated to putting together gorgeous palettes! And, I love that each palette is explained depicting a wedding style and evoking a mood. They’re Lovely. Really.
What’s the quickest way to your dad’s heart this June 21st ?
Uh~ probably through his stomach! At least that’s what I’m thinking for my dad.
I found {and eventually ordered} this fun binder at CrownBindery because I liked the font and thought it the perfect binder for gathering those fine and tasty recipes that I know Dad loves. I’m going to personalize it with thumbnail photos and maybe even sprinkle a few anecdotes here and there within the pages. He’ll keep it. He’ll use it. Hopefully, he’ll love it!
If you’re interested in an idea such as this I found 10 recipes from Emeril’s book… Emeril at the Grill to get you started. Include marinades and BBQ sauces too!
DIY your own binder using index cards, notebooks, fun papers… Then, personalize it!
If you haven’t seen this video yet… here’s your chance! A video story of true love, romance and sweet creativity. Congratuations to blogger bride Dana and her new husband Hunter~ or should I refer to him as the Fresh Hubby of LA!
The talented gals at Digital Princess put this video together and what a smashing job they did. So creative and fun! Enjoy…
Here a few more photos to put a smile on your face and light up your Monday!
