I recently became aware of the Cabo Azul Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico and I must say… wow!  It is gorgeous and chic and seemingly hand-crafted for a romantic destination wedding. Practically brand-new, it was built in 2007 and is architecturally amazing. At the center of the resort is El Corazon {“the heart”}~an open-air, 5 story wedding chapel with steps leading up to cascading waterfalls. Completing the look and feel are old Mexican wood pews and beyond… the beautiful Sea of Cortez.
