My parents got engaged in 1971 and my mother journaled all the details of how my father proposed. She wrote how he asked my grandfather permission, what she was wearing, and how she felt. This written story is priceless to me. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if they videotaped the proposal and posted it on YouTube.com, but I guess it WAS 1971. Oh well. Must go journal now!</description>

		<description>And, if a person doesn&#039;t really like to write, you could have a trusted writer friend (who you talk to all the time and tell every last detail to anyway) write it for you.  In fact, a writer friend could even do this unbeknownst to the bride and give it as a wedding gift.</description>
