Real Wedding: Stefanie & Russell

Beautiful. Intimate. Elegant. And replete with southern charm. I’m not sure there are four better descriptors for Stefanie and Russell’s South Carolina wedding. From the magical stick sculpture to the choir, custom-made linens and handwritten signage, the details are lovely and impeccable. With only their closest family and friends, Stefanie and Russell turned their big day into an intimate weekend event that began with an oyster shucking rehearsal dinner and ended with a boat ride on a vintage boat called Grace.

Oh, and when Photographer Melanie Nashan was taking Stefanie’s portraits, the choir sang for her. How charming is that? Charming indeed.

    Thank you for taking the time to post Stefanie and Russell’s wedding. It was one of my all time favorites for many reasons; the bride and groom are lovely people and a pleasure to work for, i loved the aesthetic that Katie Huebel from WED in Charleston created, Palmetto Bluffs has one of my favorite chapels, and I just love the feel of a southern wedding.

    I know! Seriously amazing stick castle- it was made by the artist. There are a few of his creations around. WOW!
