Romantic Elopement at the Greek Consulate in Italy

Categories Real Weddings

Efi and Gianni are a Greek couple living in Germany, who had a destination elopement at the Greek Consulate in Venice, Italy. Since they will be having a big wedding next year in Greece, Efi and Gianni decided that an elopement in Italy was the perfectly romantic thing to do. {We agree!} So, along with their photographer, Lucas Faz, they got ready and got married–in a beautiful civil ceremony in Venice! After they tied the knot at the Greek Consulate, they took pictures in and around the San Zaccaria church as well as Sestiere Castello, a lovely neighborhood of Venice.

We’re so glad Efi and Gianni decided to have a photographer document their day. What a beautiful keepsake these photos are. So much excitement and anticipation … And how pretty EFi looks in her sweet, pink dress, flower hairpiece and eclectic purple and white bouquet. Gianna looks handsome in his suit and tie–and ready for this new chapter in their lives! Enjoy.

Valentine’s Day Inspired Love Shoot

Categories Real Weddings

When you’re in love, every day is Valentine’s Day! Although it might be a little too early to celebrate the holiday, it’s always the right time to celebrate love! Check out Mimi and Ben’s Valentine’s Day- inspired love shoot from Christi Falls Photography. This fun couple wanted to celebrate the holiday their way. So how did they do it? They put on their funnest clothes–embellished with bow ties and Scrabble pieces. They brought a vintage couch out into a field, along with festive bunting, assorted props, and about a dozen heart-shaded red balloons. Then, they simply had fun with it all. That’s how.

Jennifer and Jonathan had a fairytale ending to their story that began 16 years ago. Beauty and the Beast fans, their wedding reflected this theme–from the table settings, center pieces, candles, cake topper and cake knife. Jennifer the beauty and Jonathan, the handsome prince.

After a beautiful and touching ceremony,  we took the bridal party to nearby Beverly Gardens Park for some couple and group portraits. Jonathan especially wanted to recreate an image from a famous Japanese anime called ONE PEACE.  It is an image that symbolizes and reflects all of their friendship.
