Flight and Picnic-themed Engagement Session

Categories Real Weddings

Love–and good love stories are definitely in the air today! And today’s love story stars Tisha and Larry, a cute couple that “met by chance” in the Atlanta airport 12 years ago. The only things they had in common at that point were flight issues on their way to Japan. But since their chance encounter, they’ve become friends–best friends–and have stayed that way! They’ve also come to realize that marrying your best friend is a great idea! Through a flight-themed engagement session with fun picnic props and sweet signage, Tasha Prescott Photography has encapsulated Tisha and Larry’s love story in pictures. Enjoy.

P.S. Come on over to MagnetStreet’s Facebook page to read over a few of the sweet love encounters from many of you. Don’t forget to like us while you’re there.

Vintage-Handmade Southern Real Wedding

Categories Real Weddings

Lauren and Zach had the sweetest, whimsical wedding! Seriously, it makes you smile. Darling DIY touches added a special charm to the overall look–from their vintage attire to their handcrafted decor. Captured by Watson-Studios, the ceremony was held outdoors at Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens–a historic site in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The live “Avenue of Oaks” that decorate the drive make for a dramatic introduction to this awesome venue.

Just some of the sweetness that beholds this wedding includes: Lauren’s vintage birdcage veil and brooch bouquet, children donned in old-time clothes, handcrafted table runners, outdoor seating and oh, so much more!

A Stylish Charlotte NC Engagement Shoot

Categories Real Weddings

We have another sweet North Carolina fall engagement session for you today–this one features Stephanie and Matt, an eclectic, stylish couple. With Erin of Erin Kranz Photography behind the lens, they started the shoot around uptown Charlotte (Matt’s idea) and then ventured out a ways for a few rustic shots just outside of uptown (Stephanie’s idea). Since Matt is a fireman, they finished up the shoot in front of an old station in Noda with Matt in his uniform. Their rustic-urban sensibilities came together for a fun compromise and blending of personal styles.

Congrats Matt and Stephanie!
