Color Monday: Navy and Pink Summer Wedding

Categories Inspiration + Wedding Stationery

Happy “Color Monday!”

Today’s wedding inspiration centers around a summer wedding with a navy, pink and silver color scheme. Bold and bright, this scheme puts a fun twist on a traditional prep school look. Some of our favorite preppy wedding ideas for summer include bridesmaids who wear stripes with confidence and groomsmen who look dapper dressed in khaki pants with pink argyle socks and ties to match! How to set the tone and put some heat on such an outdoor summer wedding as this? We plucked Love Aligned out of our design gallery and personalized it with navy, azalea and silver. With its geometric elements, it’s perfect for our modern preppy wedding.

Stylish Manhattan City Sesh

Categories Real Weddings

Danica and Milton are a gorgeous and expressive couple and their Manhattan engagement photos tell their love story in such cool and artful way. Their NYC sesh has style, sexiness, silliness–and a cinematographic vibe. Great job, POPography. We love all the angles, shadows, textures, colors… I guess we’ll just have to wait for the movie to come out. Enjoy!

Butterfly-Themed Kentucky Farm Wedding

Categories Real Weddings

Katie and Russell had a super sweet, handmade Kentucky farm wedding. Their wedding took place on a beautiful farm that belongs to Russell’s grandparents. Their ceremony was intimate, witnessed by guests seated on hay bails and the pastoral setting provided the perfect milieu for this down-to-earth couple. Katie is an entomologist (yes, she studies insects!) so their cobalt blue and teal colored wedding, also had a butterfly theme. Some of our favorite highlights include their “getaway horse and buggy” their blue wedding rings, the enormous willow tree focal point and handmade quilts adorning the ceremony, our lovely bride in spectacles, and well, pretty much everything! Enjoy.
