  1. 1. On New Years Eve last year the jewelry store called ME to let us know that the ring was ready (since I had gone along to pick it out). So my now fiancé went to pick it up and brought it home. He set the box on the kitchen table, and I was like “…so… are we going to do this?” He told me he needed a few minutes to think about what to say, so I went into the next room and told him to let me know when he was ready. As he paced around the house, I reassured him, “It’ll be ok. I’m going to say yes.” 🙂

    2. I love the tea length stationary – no extra postage!

  2. I’m a fan of the tea length programs.

My proposal story: my fiancé took me to our favorite spot on the water (we even have a special bench!) and he proposed to me there. He was so nervous he forgot his wallet and license at the house!!

  3. 1) My fiancee is completely not romantic but he proposed right after a long motorcycle trip from NJ to NH and back. He got down on one knee, our dog curiously sniffed the ring and wagged his tail, and I said yes 🙂

    2) I like the shell shaped since our wedding is beach themed.

  4. 1. After months of badgering and poking fun at me for never going fishing, we finally made a deal that included a few hours set aside to ice fish. While I was in North Dakota during winter break, he planned an ice fishing trip with the family. Everyone got bundled up and headed to Homme Dam, a local spot for ice fishermen. After a jittery car ride over, everyone began playing out on the ice and taking pictures. Soon after, a plane came flying over, looking as if it was going to land. These things began falling from the sky, to which he asked, “Heather what are those?” uh….”Flowers?” As my eyes followed the plane as it dropped more flowers, David pulled something out of his pocket. As I turned around, I saw the box in his hand, and his nieces and nephews to the side holding signs that read “Will you be our aunt?” Needless to say, the answer was yes 🙂

    2. I love the tri-fold programs!

  5. My fiance and myself joined my family at our cabin for the long weekend and on the saturday morning he went golfing with my brother. They returned an hour later saying it was too hot to continue golfing. My fiance then asked if I wanted to go for a walk around the nearby lake as I had told him about how beautiful the lake is a few months back. So we got to the lake and began walking up the trail, as the trail curved up to the left my fiance stopped and pointed down to the right and said, ‘Whats all that down there?’ and as I turned around to see, down the path that led to the water was a beautiful table for two, 2 white chairs, and a bouquet of roses on the table! I stood there shocked, and he then suggested we go down to see whats its all about. He led me down to the water as tears began to roll down my face. He sat me down on the chair, got down on one knee and asked me the most important question of my life!!

It was such a romantic setting that I told him I was expecting a camera crew to pop out of the trees as it looked like a scene out of ‘The Bachelorette’ lol

  6. This past Sunday! At lambeau field! I was completely speechless and shocked! Five years of dating 🙂 Rodgers scored a touchdown right after 🙂

  7. 1. We share a love of sports and often create competitions based on sporting events so it is fitting that our proposal story involves the 2012 NCAA tournament.
I usually win our annual NCAA tournament bracket competition, but in 2012, that would not be the case, as evident by my first round picks. Unbeknownst to me, the “prize” was designing my engagement ring using the diamond from my great-grandmother’s engagement ring. My fiancé, however, had me pick again during the Sweet
16 round (again, I would have lost) and then the Final Four round. For the Final Four round, I picked Kentucky out of a hat and, as they say, the rest is history.

    2. I really like the tea-length programs.

  8. We were on vacation at our favorite place on Hatteras Island, North Carolina. The place we have been going to as a couple to every year since we have been together. I went down to the ocean and was standing by the water, when I walked back up my fiance and our black lab, Toby, were standing behind me with “Will You Marry Me” written in the sand. As soon as a I saw it he asked and got down on one knee and gave me his mother’s ring (who passed away 2 years ago.) We were visiting friends on the beach that day and they got tons of pictures of the whole thing.

  9. 1. He completely surprised me in Las Vegas, one of our favorite weekend trips. We were going to see Blue Man group when he found a quiet spot at the Venetian hotel. He asked me, “You know you’re my best friend, right?” As I said yes, he was suddenly down on one knee, ring in hand, saying, “Good, because I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?” Of course, the answer was yes.

    2. I love the tri-fold programs. We’ve got lots of info to fit in!

  10. 1. My fiance and I went to the beach to look for shells (it was March). He claimed to see a whale to try and distract me from him getting the ring out. It was a little obvious what he was doing, but I was still excited. He told me later he had prepared a big speech, but the moment his knee hit the ground he forgot it all and only manged to sputter out “Will you marry me?” and that’s really the only important question.

    2. I like the 5×7 Half Folds.

  11. 1. My fiance decorated our house for my birthday and made dinner (including hand made gnocchi, mozzarella, and creme brulee). We had dinner, champagne, jazz music, and a warm cozy fire. After one of the best birthdays I have ever had, he got down on one knee in front of the fire place and asked me to let him take care of me every day for the rest of our lives. We were together for seven years before he proposed.

    2. I adore the bicycle built for two programs!

  12. 1. We had a planned at trip to my brothers shore house in Brigantine, NJ (last May) just to get away for a long weekend. On Friday morning we woke up and he wanted to go for a walk on the beach. We were walking along when I turned to say something and realized he wasn’t next to me. As I turned around to ask him what was taking so long I saw him kneeling in the sad with ring box open in his hand. How could I say no to a beautiful beach proposal? 🙂
    2. I like the half fold it’s traditional but can be updated with a more modern design!!!!

  13. 1. My fiance and I traveled to Ohio to visit my parents before going to Jamaica. Unbeknownst to me, he asked my Dad for his permission to marry me. When we arrived in Jamaica, he proposed to me in the hotel room. It was very special and unexpected!
    2. I love the Program Fans. We are getting married in late June, fans will definitely come in handy.

  14. 1. At our best friend’s wedding, they purposely had him catch the garter and put it on my leg. Then he grabbed the mic, told our love story, and then got down on one knee 🙂

    2. Since we’re having a military wedding, I love their army dress blues invites!

  15. 1.My proposal is a long one so I’m going to keep it short. He proposed on the top deck on a cruise ship under the stars. It was the best!

    2. My favorite is the Sunset Silhouette Wedding Program Fans. We’re have a destination wedding!

  16. I haven’t been proposed to yet but we talk about our wedding all the time. I would love for him to propose at a family photoshoot turn proposal shoot. Photos mean a lot to me so I’d love to be able to have the moment captured.

  17. Spontaneously at the end of his cousins wedding reception in a photo booth surrounded by family and friends!

  18. 1. 7 years ago on New Years Eve with the love and support of his entire family.

    2. I like the surprise element of the gate fold style.

  19. 1) Our proposal story is pretty long, so I’ll keep it short. Almost a year ago to the date, I came home from a stressful day of work to a hot bubble bath, music, fruit and champagne. My fiancé also made us a great steak dinner with an excellent 2007 Bordeaux. By dessert he was pouring his heart out to me, telling me how much he loves me. Next thing I know, he’s on one knee asking for my hand in marriage. I froze for a minute and said yes. We hugged, kissed and I cried my eyes out as I told him that he has made one of my dreams come true. A feeling of sheer joy overcame me. It was a feeling I had never felt before. Can’t wait to marry him come June. <3

    2) tri-fold romantic ruche
