MagnetStreet is a diverse ecommerce brand that sells personalized magnets, cards, and stationery to both businesses and consumers. Customers create personalized printed products using state-of-the-art customization tools online. Our customers include: brides or grooms-to-be, parents-to-be, realtors, mortgage brokers, business professionals, resellers, and school administrators, among many other groups. We have served over 1,000,000 customers since 1993!

We are seeking a full-time, results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to serve our Real Estate and Mortgage customers in the Midwest region. This person will be assigned a 20-state region to drive significant growth within key real estate accounts.

    Job Responsibilities
  • Account management
    The RSM will build and maintain relationships with top contacts and customers within his or her sales territory. They will check in regularly with key accounts to ensure their satisfaction, while actively seeking to grow existing accounts through cross-selling. Key accounts/groups include marketing directors at regional real estate brokerages, influencer roles within offices and teams, and individual agents with large marketing budgets.
  • Account growth
    We seek to bring our solutions to more agents by communicating with medium-sized real estate brokerages that are locally-focused. By personally reaching out to new accounts, we expect sales managers to unlock new opportunities while increasing sales revenue.
  • Support national lead generation
    Company-driven marketing campaigns that will generate interest and that will close leads into sales. Each RSM will also support national accounts by attending industry trade shows, curating lists of key contacts and following up on mail events.
  • Team leadership
    As a representative of the Midwest region, the RSM will collaborate with other sales reps on the team and interact with dependent resource groups. They will maintain a thorough knowledge of relevant company and industry trends through research, analysis, and networking.

    Required Experience & Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience of direct sales, including phone sales and relational account management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or similar
  • Ability to operate autonomously, with the initiative to pursue new sales opportunities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Phone sales skills and the willingness to make at least 50 outbound calls per day
  • Setting and meeting quantifiable sales goals
  • Excellent relationship skills; good listener; respects the expertise of others; ability to motivate and generate effective action from all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to provide clear direction and provide timely feedback to keep work on budget and within deadlines
  • Account management and opportunity prioritization
  • Sales negotiation and issue resolution
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent activities/projects to accomplish a goal using resources effectively and efficiently
  • High energy level and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and knowledgeable of web technologies
  • Some travel required (10%)
    Reporting
    The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Marketing Manager of the Real Estate and Mortgage industries.

Our Customer Care Specialists (CCS) assess customer needs, create solutions and resolve concerns with the goal of exceeding each customer’s expectations, no matter how large or small the request. The CCS is responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer and will respond to telephone, email, and live chat. This team member will have a great telephone personality, be a good listener, a professional and friendly communicator, and demonstrate confidence in solving potential customer issues. Our customers include: brides or grooms-to-be, parents-to-be, realtors, business professionals, resellers, and school administrators, among many other groups.     Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat and follow prioritization of handling customer volume given by Manager.
  • Order Management: review customer order proofs, process customer revisions, and move orders to the next status.
  • Make basic edits in Adobe Create Suite applications, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to ensure products meet customers’ quality expectations.
  • Interface with all internal departments to ensure customer requests are met and follow up with customers.
  • Via inbound or outbound calls, answer specific questions about orders, proofs, or file requirements accurately.
  • De-escalate customers at point-of-contact and respond to their needs while keeping policies and procedures in line with requests.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Educate customer on order process, timelines and design requirements.
  • Outbound sales calls to customers as required by business needs.
  • Order entry, as needed
  • Other duties, as assigned
    Experience
  • At least one year full-time Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred; formal customer service training desired.
  • Strong ability to control the call, problem-solve and handle customer complaints by working toward a viable solution that meets the customer needs within company guidelines. Escalate only when all options have been exhausted.
  • Professional, positive, and patient customer service skills.
  • Proven, excellent written communication skills, utilizing electronic media such as email and chat.
  • Team player; cooperate with individuals within and outside of the company.
  • Attention to detail and organized; be able to complete a variety of tasks within deadlines.
  • Excellent decision-making skills; ability to prioritize and follow-up with customers to resolve all daily tasks with a positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook for communication within MagnetStreet and with our customers.
  • Working knowledge of InDesign Creative Suite (CS5) and digital photography or electronic graphic files.
  • Knowledge and use of the internet web sites, various internet browsers and e-commerce shopping.
  • Degree in any area of business, communication or visual communication welcome. High school diploma or GED required.
