• MagnetStreet cannot guarantee the quality of the photos, logos, or other electronically submitted artwork featured on my finished product.
• Unless indicated in writing, MagnetStreet reserves the right to use my produced items for promotional purposes.
• Files that are not in compliance with MagnetStreet's Graphics Standards Requirements may be refused and cause the processing of my order to be delayed.

I assume full responsibility for the use of this photo/artwork on products that I order through MagnetStreet. Additionally, I release MagnetStreet from any liability resulting from the use of this photo/artwork.

NOTE: If your picture was taken by a professional photographer,
he or she will need to sign a photo release form.
